Schools pay the subscription fees, not individual students or instructors. Each school selects a plan based on their size and needs. All students and instructors under that school are included.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
If you reach your student limit, you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan to add more students. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so you can plan accordingly.
Yes! New schools get a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start your trial.
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your school dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
