Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WayOfThe.Art, we aim to provide a reliable and valuable platform for martial arts schools. This policy outlines how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled in a clear and transparent manner.
1. Free Plan
- The Free Plan is available at no cost and does not require payment information.
- You may use the Free Plan for evaluation or ongoing basic usage.
- You may stop using the Free Plan at any time without any obligation.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time with no long-term commitment.
- Access Period: You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds for unused time within a billing period.
- Reactivation: You may reactivate your subscription at any time.
3. Refund Eligibility
As WayOfThe.Art operates on a monthly subscription model, payments are generally non-refundable.
However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases:
- Billing Errors: Incorrect or duplicate charges
- Accidental Charges: Reported within 48 hours of the transaction
- Service Failure: Critical platform issues that prevent usage for an extended period and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancellation Process
- Self-Service: Log into your account and go to Settings → Subscription
- Cancel Subscription: Follow the prompts to cancel
- Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent after cancellation
- Access Continues: You will retain access until the end of your current billing period

5. Refund Request Process
- Email us with your refund request
- Include your account email and details of the issue
- We will review your request within 3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the transaction.
7. Failed Payments and Suspension
- If a payment fails, we may retry billing within a short period
- If payment remains unsuccessful, premium features may be suspended
- Your data will be retained for a limited period to allow reactivation
8. Downgrading
- You may downgrade to the Free Plan at any time
- Your data will remain accessible within the limits of the Free Plan
- Downgrading does not result in any refund
9. Service Interruptions
- We strive to maintain high service availability
- Minor interruptions may occur due to maintenance or updates
- In cases of significant service disruption, we may provide service credits at our discretion
10. Data Retention
- After cancellation, your data may be retained for a limited period
- You are responsible for exporting your data before termination if required
